Greatest Sports Moment:  "Signing with the New York Jets (March 2008)."

Most Painful Moment:  "Being de-activated my second year in the NFL (with Arizona in 2004). It killed me for someone to tell me that I was doing so poorly that I couldn’t even put on a uniform. I used it as motivation to go back to practice and work harder to get better and become more complete player."

Dream Position:  "To play free safety. I think I would be in the Sean Taylor / Ed Reed mold."

Closest Jet Friends:
  "Everybody...we are a very close-knit team."

Funniest Jet(s):  "Brad Kassel."

Toughest Competitors Encountered:  "Walter Jones of the Seattle Seahawks. (What is it about him?) He is the most athletic and physical offensive tackle in football, bar none!"

Funny Football Memory:
"Earlier in the season I was returning a fumble recovery. I've always thought that I was fast and super athletic, but when I got the ball I felt like I was running with a refrigerator on my back. And when I finally scored I was on the brink of passing out because I was so tired [smiles]."
Embarrassing Football Memory:  "None, yet."
